FOIA non-compliance

In Wyoming, Mills Mayor Joe Dill runs the risk of being charged with misdemeanor for violating Wyoming's Public Records Act. Dill is alleged to have called an unannounced meeting of the city council members to discuss hiring new chief of fire department. Still earlier in the same state another public records dispute attracted overall attention, and it had to do with non-disclosure of open documents in public schools system.
